When is the Expo?
November 13-16, 2010

Where will the event be held?
Expo 2010 will take place in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Who Will Attend?
Every sector of the religious travel and hospitality industry including both “buyers” and “sellers”; this includes wholesalers, destinations, suppliers, agents, planners, and more.
 
What travel products and services will be represented?
All types of religious travel and hospitality products, services, and events will be represented; this includes pilgrimage, cruising, leisure, conferences, meetings, leisure vacations, attractions, lodging, missions, volunteer vacations, adventures/safaris, and more.

What are the two main events of the Expo?
The International Tradeshow and The Educational Conference.

How many people are expected?
More than 550 registrants are expected including one-hundred-plus exhibitors and between 250-300 travel agents, planners, product managers, and other buyers.

What do I wear?
Official attire [sports jackets (tie optional), dress slacks, dress shirts and dress shoes for men; dress slacks or skirt, dress blouse or sweater and dress shoes for ladies] is required during all business hours unless otherwise specified. Delegates not adhering to this policy will be asked to return to their hotels to change into appropriate attire. Please note that Saturday has been designated a casual day (jeans are acceptable). Sponsors and exhibitors may wear themed/logo apparel to their sponsored event(s) and in their exhibit booths. Casual attire is suggested for sightseeing tours.

Can I bring a camera?
Cameras are permitted, but please note photographers and videographers will be capturing proceedings of the WRTA/NTA conference. By registering for the conference, you consent to use of your image in WRTA and NTA materials.

You do not need to be a Member of WRTA to attend the Expo. However, WRTA
